Breaded Fried Turkey

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 4 servings

Ingredients

1 cup almond milk

5 lbs. turkey breast

2 cups pork rinds, crushed

1 tbsp white vinegar

1/2 tsp thyme

1/2 tsp salt

1/3 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp basil

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp celery salt

4 tsps paprika

1 tsp mustard, dried

1 tsp ground ginger

2 tsps garlic salt

1 tbsp avocado oil

3 tsps white pepper

Method

1. Add vinegar and almond milk into a bowl and combine well.

2. Add turkey into a big bowl, top with the vinegar mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours until marinated.

3. Add white pepper, ground ginger, garlic salt, paprika, dried mustard, black pepper, celery salt, oregano, basil, thyme, salt and pork rinds into a wide bowl and combine well.

4. Dip each marinated turkey piece into the white mixture until evenly coated.

5. Spray 1 tbsp avocado oil into the fryer basket, add the turkey breasts in one layer and cook for 10 minutes at 370º.

6. Flip turkey pieces and cook for 10 more minutes.

7. Serve and enjoy.
